Antoine Delvig Plugins respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy outlines what minimal data we collect, how it is processed, and your rights regarding your personal information.

2. Local Audio & Data Processing

None of our softwares transmit any audio information, sound files, or metrics related to your creative usage or Ableton Live sessions. All audio analysis is performed entirely locally on your device.

The only data sent by the software is for periodic license key verification. This process checks your email address and a non-reversible machine hardware ID hash to verify that your license is valid and bound to your computer.

3. Data We Collect and Why

We collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to deliver our services, activate licenses, and prevent abuse:

• Email Address: Collected when you join our waitlist, sign up for news, or make a purchase, so we can deliver your license key, product updates, and technical support.
• Technical Activation Data: A non-reversible hash of your computer's machine ID is generated during plugin activation to bind your license key to your machine and prevent piracy.
• Transaction Data: When you purchase a plugin, your payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh. They collect billing info and payment metadata. We do not see or store your credit card details or bank information.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our website and distribute software:

• Polar.sh: Our Merchant of Record. They process payment data and manage order fulfillments. Their privacy practices are governed by Polar.sh's privacy policy.
• Supabase: Our secure cloud database provider, used to store emails, active license keys, and machine activation hashes.
• Resend: Our email service provider, used to deliver transactional messages, license keys, and product updates.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email and license activation data as long as your license remains active to ensure you can use and reactivate the software. Waitlist and newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your Rights under GDPR

Under the GDPR, European residents have the following rights regarding their personal data:

• The right to access and receive a copy of your personal data.
• The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• The right to request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data.
