Antoine Delvig grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use our softwares on your personal computers in accordance with these terms. A lifetime license grants you access to the software indefinitely, including all updates for that specific product.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the software.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) on the software.

4. Merchant of Record (Payments & Taxes)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar.sh. Polar.sh is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all orders placed on this website. Polar.sh handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, VAT and sales tax calculations, collection, and remittances in compliance with local regulations. This includes the validation of VAT numbers and processing of tax-exempt business (B2B) purchases. By purchasing on this site, you enter into a sales contract directly with Polar.sh.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund Policy. We provide a 7-day free trial so that you can verify the software meets your requirements before buying.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the author or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any sales contracts shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
